14 Mar The Red House We will be visiting it today in Bexleyheath. This is the home of William Morris and co. Our tour is booked for 11am. We will be split into two groups of 12 as the house is not large. The tour lasts about 1hour. There is no cost to NT members, non-members pay £6:50 on the day. There are stairs with a handrail, but no lift. An excellent cafe is available for coffee, or even lunch of soup or salad. We will travel by bus from Bromley North station; a 269, then a B14 followed by a 10 minute walk from the bus-stop. We need to meet at the station at 9:30am.

9 May The William Morris Gallery in Walthamstow is our trip today. This will cost £12. There is an excellent café and good access. We will meet at Victoria station, outside Smith’s, as close to 10am as possible.

23 Jul Southside House, Wimbledon This is a Monday outing with the tour starting at 2:30pm. The cost is £13 and includes tea/coffee on arrival. Due to uneven ground, steps outside and inside the house, and the narrow passageways, the house is unsuitable for wheelchairs and walking frames. There is also a 10 minute walk from the bus-stop to the house. The maximum number is 25, so it’s first come first served.

Aug Syon House I need 25 or more people for a group booking. The cost is £11. Please indicate if you are interested. Be warned though, it is a 15min walk from the closest bus stop.

Sept Thames barrier and possible boat trip on the Thames The Information Centre is currently closed, so I am unable to book. The cost of a tour is £6. The cost of a return boat trip from Westminster, including stop-off time, is £11. Please let me know if this is of interest to you.
