Plays in Production

This group is hosted by Orpington u3a under our Bromley, Orpington & Beckenham (BOB) arrangement whereby Bromley members can join this without having to also join Orpington as a member.

The group aims to enhance the experience of going to the theatre. We choose the plays we wish to see (6-8 a year) and before seeing them, we read part of the text, and/or consider the playwright, when the play was written etc. We then see the play and afterwards discuss the production.

Costs: 30p for tea and coffee. Members buy their own theatre tickets.

Group meets 3rd Tuesday of the month at a member's home 10:15 to 12:15
