Second ELLE visit to Windsor

It may not be on the Elizabeth line, but a short train ride on the Windsor shuttle from Slough, takes you to Windsor. The first group visited on a hot day in early September and followed much of the Queen’s Walkway. Group 2 chose to make use of the hop-on hop-off bus tour to go slightly further afield to Eton and Datchet. But whatever you decide to do, first stop should be the Tourist Information/Windsor Guildhall/Windsor Museum, a beautiful historic building and home to a mine of fascinating information.

A long day because there is so much to see but everyone agreed it is well worth the effort.
