Accident Reporting
The u3a Bromley Committee has recently revised the procedures to follow if a Group Member has an accident or becomes ill when meeting in members' homes or when outside on walks, visits and outings where you are not visiting a building or organisation. This follows a couple of low key incidents which occurred recently. We have recently written to Group Leaders about this.
Copies of the Guidance and form Group Leaders will use are attached and may be downloaded for use (Accident Book u3a Bromley Guidance and u3a Accident Reporting Form). Completed forms should be sent to Pat Palmer please at ppalmer@mjpnet.co.uk
Please remember it is up to us all to look after our health and to encourage fellow members to do likewise.
